To be eligible for consideration, Customers must submit a Return Request within forty-eight (48) hours of product receipt. The request must include:

– Any additional information requested by the Company to facilitate the assessment of the claim.

3. Third-Party Marketplace Purchases

If the product was purchased through a third-party platform (such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, or other online marketplaces), the return must be handled directly through that platform’s return process in accordance with their respective policies. The Company is not responsible for refunds or returns initiated through third-party retailers.

4. Case-by-Case Assessment and Shipping Coverage

All return requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Company.

– If the return is approved and determined to be due to an error on the Company’s part (such as incorrect item fulfillment or a verified defect caused by manufacturing), the Company will cover the return shipping costs.
– If the return is not due to a Company error, the Customer is solely responsible for all return shipping expenses.

5. Return Process and Customer Responsibilities

If a return is authorized, the Customer must strictly comply with Company-provided shipping and packaging instructions to ensure the secure return of the product.

6. Compensation and Remedy

For approved Returns, the Company retains exclusive discretion in determining the appropriate remedy, which may include but is not limited to:

Customers are expressly prohibited from utilizing Eznoc’s products for the cultivation, propagation, distribution, or manufacture of mushrooms that are considered illegal, controlled, or otherwise regulated under any applicable legal framework.

3. Customer Responsibility

The sole responsibility for ensuring legal compliance rests with the Customer. The Company and its Affiliates and Partners disclaim any and all liability arising from the misuse, unlawful application, or noncompliance associated with the use of its products.

IV. PRIVACY POLICY AND DATA PROTECTION

1. Data Security Measures

Eznoc implements industry-standard security protocols to safeguard Customer data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

2. Non-Disclosure and Third-Party Access

The Company does not engage in the sale, rental, or unauthorized disclosure of Customer information to third parties, except where required by law or with explicit Customer consent.

V. DISCLAIMERS ON INFORMATION AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

1. Informational Use Only

All guidance, instructional content, product recommendations, and informational materials provided by the Company—including but not limited to website content, product descriptions, and cultivation advice—are offered strictly for informational purposes.

The Company does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of such information for any particular use, and the Customer assumes all risks associated with reliance upon said information.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, brand names, product descriptions, and other intellectual property appearing on the Company’s website or associated materials remain the exclusive property of Eznoc and are protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of Eznoc’s intellectual property without express prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

VI. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1. No Liability for Product Misuse
