It is the sole responsibility of the customer to know their local laws, however all products sold on EZNOC are legal in all 50 states to grow gourmet or medicinal mushrooms. The Company is not responsible for any use or misuse of this product.

  1. PRODUCTS AND USE DISCLAIMER
  • EZNOC provides mushroom grow kits and related supplies strictly for legal purposes only.
  • The Company prohibits the use of its products for illegal cultivation, distribution, or any other unlawful activities.
  • Customers are fully responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws before purchasing and using our products.

EZNOC disclaims all liability for misuse, improper handling, or illegal activities related to its products.

EZNOC does not assume any liability for the mushrooms grown using our kits, including how the kit is used or the safety of the mushrooms produced. It is the responsibility of the user to follow proper cultivation practices and ensure food safety before consumption.

It is the responsibility of the customer to source proper genetics, such as liquid cultures or spores, from trusted and reputable providers. EZNOC does not supply or guarantee the genetics used and cannot be held liable for any outcomes related to contamination, strain performance, or safety of the final product.

  1. ORDERS, PAYMENTS, AND PRICING

4.1 Order Acceptance

  • All orders placed through the Website are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • The Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at its discretion, including but not limited to:
    • Pricing errors
    • Stock availability issues
    • Suspected fraud
    • Violation of these Terms

4.2 Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
  • Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.
  • Payment must be completed before an order is processed and shipped.

  1. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RETURNS

5.1 Shipping & Delivery

  • EZNOC ships to locations within the United States and other approved regions.
  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events are not the responsibility of the Company.

5.2 Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are only accepted for products that are defective, contaminated, or damaged upon arrival.
  • Customers must submit a return request within 48 hours of product receipt.
  • Products purchased from third-party platforms (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.) must be returned through the respective platform’s return process.
  • Return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If a return is due to a Company error, return shipping costs will be covered by EZNOC. Otherwise, shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
  • Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, etc.), responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. EZNOC is not liable for any lost, stolen, or delayed shipments after they have been scanned by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and accurate before placing your order.
